Sandra,
There's been no complaints and no negative reviews against them. They have an A+ Rating and they've been around since 03.
Anytime you enter into an agreement involving big $$$ make sure you read understand EVERYTHING, and make sure to get any additional verbal terms or promises put into writing.
It doesn't look like you have anything to worry about with this company, though.
